24-story tower residential use. GIM project by Plaza Residences Residential and Mexico City. Location: Av Paseo de la Reforma 77, Col. Juárez, Del. Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City.
Status: Under Construction.
Monday June 25, 2006: We are conducting the excavation of the site to begin to build the building. Sketch
finished building. 
Sunday April 20, 2008. The huge crane began to build the steel structure of the building.
Saturday May 31, 2008. Two cranes installed on the campus erected residential tower of 90 meters.
Saturday 14 June 2008.La metal structure has reached the 5 floors.
July 31, 2008: It is building on the 9th floor of the building. 
October 25, 2008: The first section of the tower is reaching its final height, while a second crane slowly lifts the second section. 
January 24, 2009: The first section has reached its final height, the metal frame of the second section rises rapidly. 
February 20, 2009: The structure of the tower is about to reach its final height and shape their final form. 
March 16, 2009: The first section begins to be coated with glass while the structure of the second section is to complete its construction. 
May 9, 2009: Construction is rapidly progressing, the building already has its final height. 
June 6, 2009: While the first section is almost covered with glass, the second starts conditioned.
