The development consists of two towers of 25 floors each, located the property on Paseo de la Reforma Nice corner in Colonia Juarez, Cuauhtemoc Mexico City. The role of complex mixed-use office, hotel, luxury condominiums and commercial area. The towers will be called Nice and Reform.
Monday June 25, 2007: Start to prepare the ground where they will settle the complex. 
Saturday February 23, 2008: Start to lift the structure of the Tower Nice.
