About 10 stories high.
Use: Auditorium and Offices.
Contractor: BOSCO buildings.
Status: Under construction.

Monday June 25, 2007. The huge crane has been erected in the fields of Tabacalera.


Saturday 29 September. The metal structure is growing rapidly, and people smoke is seen by the steel beams.

August 10, 2007: This is the Super Service Lomas building is planned to demolish it to build in this area the Bicentennial Tower, on the facade of the building's former alert site owners who are retiring, but residents also complain that no build the tower, as they say, will be deficient in energy and water supply and drainage, the INBA (National Fine Arts Institute) opposed the construction because the building Lomas Super Service is protected by this institution because of its historical value, the Miguel Hidalgo delegation is opposed to the expropriation of the property because it does not allow the construction of buildings over 4 stories at that site. Friday December 10, 2004. The construction of the tower shows a significant advance. Saturday February 12, 2005. The building is almost complete, the crystals have been installed in 90%. Saturday May 21, 2005. The building is ready, begin to be conditioned to serve as offices.
Saturday November 18, 2006. The building now serves as headquarters TSJDF.
