Es casi seguro que no habías oído hablar de estas series, ya que suelen pasar desapercibidas. Hablaré de ellas por separado. - Masters of Horror : Esta peculiar serie es nada más ni nada menos que una gran reunión de directores de cine de Terror. Me explico: cada episodio és en realidad un mediometraje de 55 minutos, que cuenta a different story unrelated to the other, and each is led by a great horror film director (as John Carpenter, Stuart Gordon, John Landis, Tobe Hooper, Joe Dante, Dario Argento ...). It consists of 2 seasons that were issued in 2005 or 2006 at the cable TV, and I must admit is very good. Each episode is different from others, and thus avoid monotony.
What may be the odd thing is that the cable television broadcast scenes muchíssimas blood, violence, sex ... etc. are not censored, but I do not have anything wrong.
Another thing I should add is that there are episodes (in my opinion) somewhat or very bad and others that are excellent. Such as? For "human statues", "Metamorphosis," "Trip to Hell", "extreme sensations" seems to me something bad.
But "Jenifer", "Haeckel's Tale" (really gross), "Behind the Walls", "The Return" (it is not really scary, but history gives food for thought) and "At World's End 35mm (ESP this, then comment why). But they are my opinions ejejee.
- True Blood: This is already out of date. Even going for a third season and the fourth launch in the summer of 2011 (in USA). It is directed by Alan Ball (Six metros bajo tierra), y cuenta la historia que sucede en un pueblo llamado Bon Temps (Lousiana), dónde una camarera llamada Sookie Stathouse (Ana Paquin, conocida por Pícara en X-Men) se enamora de un vampiro llamado Bill Compton. Lo curioso de la trama es que los científicos japoneses han descubierto un sustito perfecto en sabor y componentes de la sangre y los vampiros se están re-integrando con los humanos. El problema es la desconfianza de los humanos hacía ellos y algunos vampiros que se niegan a beber la sangre sintética (que se llama Tru Blood). Es JODIDAMENTE entretenida y si te gusta te va a enganchar.
Ambas las recomiendo 100%. Pueden bajarse los capítulos de las 2 en Series Junkies, but True Blood may find it difficult, as some chapters fail and the 3rd season has gone in the U.S. alone and is in English.

PS: "The 35mm end of the world" is directed by John Carpenter and tells the story of a film called "The fi absolue du monde", which only project in Sitges 1 time and all who were mad and there was a massacre in the room (this is true), then copy and just destroyed that was one that was the director (in that nothing is known). So a rich guy hires the protagonist of the story to find the last copy, but is that when you become obsessed with it start to slowly go mad ...
is bestial, see it and understand it (and you become obsessed with it). Greetings
